Cleveland County Farmers’ Market Opens; Features New Hours

Buying Tomato Plants

Baby at the Market

The Cleveland County Farmers’ Market welcomes everyone from 1 to 100!

Today marks the return of the Cleveland County Farmers’ Market. Hours have changed from the familiar Saturday and Wednesday morning times to a more convenient schedule for working families and individuals. The new hours are:

  • Saturdays from 8:00 AM to Noon
  • Tuesdays from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM

The farmers’ market features dozens of vendors selling ornamental and edible plants and produce from the 1st Saturday in April until the final Tuesday or Saturday of October, whichever comes last. Much of the produce is grown locally by the vendor (look for a dark green sign; light green indicates an Oklahoma product and white indicates the produce was imported from outside Oklahoma).

Note

M-mount lenses do not provide aperture information to the camera body, either electronically or mechanically. Therefore, f-stop settings are approximate, and are probably wildly inaccurate. For what it’s worth, I usually shoot with my lenses wide open.
